CrossFit Thoroughbreds has been providing high quality coaching to the Fort Myers Area since 2007. We work with all types of individuals ranging from high level athletes to those completely new to training. Our trainers have extensive backgrounds in exercise and rehabilitation and will modify workouts to suit your individual needs. If your fitness goals are more specialized, we also offer separate classes which focus on strength, endurance, and the sport of Olympic Lifting.
